About the Role & Team

We're looking for a driven and autonomous Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic international recruiting team. In this pivotal role, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle across the LATAM region & provide additioanl support to the U.S.  While the core of your responsibilities will involve hiring for critical Sales, Marketing and Research positions, you'll also have the opportunity to support recruitment for other diverse and exciting roles within our organization such as Data & Analytics, IT or Finance.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for complex, high-impact, or executive-level requisitions, providing strategic guidance from intake to offer management to ensure an elite experience for sophisticated candidates and senior stakeholders.

  • Design and implement advanced, data-driven sourcing strategies across diverse channels, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, market intelligence, and niche professional networks to identify and engage top-tier passive talent.

  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews, assessing technical skills and leadership potential to provide strategic recommendations to hiring teams.

  • Serve as a strategic Talent Advisor to senior leadership, influencing hiring decisions through deep expertise in market trends, competitive benchmarking, and recruitment best practices.

  • Strategically cultivate and optimize talent pipelines within iCIMS to build sustainable talent pools for both immediate needs and long-term workforce planning.

  • Identify and drive process improvements within the TA function, such as enhancing employer branding initiatives, refining interview frameworks, or mentoring junior team members to elevate overall team performance.

What You Bring

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in managing the full recruitment lifecycle.

  • Experience with recruitment in LATAM & the U.S. (pro-active sourcing as well knowledge of local job boards) is a significant advantage.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Autonomous mindset with the ability to manage international time zones and diverse cultural nuances effectively.
