Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to serve as a primary resource to support operating systems used by our global team. This role will act as a bridge between technical teams, end-users, and management to ensure that development and reporting needs are captured, addressed, and understood, and systems are effectively deployed. The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of technical literacy, problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable steps for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal development-related requests, questions, and issues.
  • Coordinate with development teams to prioritize, track, and resolve requests efficiently.
  • Create and maintain documentation, FAQs, and training materials for internal systems and processes.
  • Conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions (both one-on-one and group) to ensure users understand tools, workflows, and updates.
  • Log all support requests, resolutions, and follow-ups for process improvement purposes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for new development projects or system enhancements.
  • Test new features or updates before deployment and provide feedback to development teams.
  • Identify recurring issues or skill gaps and propose targeted training or process adjustments.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and end-users, translating technical language into user-friendly explanations.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with ticketing systems, project management tools, and basic software development concepts.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Experience in software testing or QA (Preferred)
  • Basic understanding of software development lifecycles (Preferred)
  • Exposure to change management or process improvement methodologies (Preferred)
  • Comfort with delivering virtual and in-person training sessions (Preferred)
