The Data-Driven Storyteller will transform complex primary research data into clear, compelling, and actionable narratives. The ideal candidate combines analytical acumen with visual communication skills to craft high-impact presentations that resonate with business audiences.

You’ll work closely with researchers, analysts, and consultants to bring insights to life through presentations, dashboards, and reports. Your work will help clients understand the market landscape, identify opportunities, and make evidence-based decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and synthesize quantitative and qualitative primary research data into concise, impactful stories for executive-level audiences
  • Develop visually engaging and insight-rich presentations, infographics, and visual summaries using data visualization, dashboard, and AI tools
  • Collaborate with research and analytics teams to identify key trends, patterns, and business implications from data
  • Stay current and curious about new technologies, especially in data visualization and generative AI tools
  • Apply understanding of market research methodologies to ensure sound interpretation of survey data and best practices in data visualization and storytelling
  • Work within brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries to ensure deliverables are professional, clear, and engaging

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in data storytelling, market research, analytics, journalism, consulting, or a related field
  • Proven experience building compelling presentations and narratives based on primary research data
  • Experience using dashboarding and data visualization tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Background in market research, graphic design, information technology, or journalism strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, both visual and written
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines
  • Eager and quick to learn new tools, especially those in the generative AI and data visualization space
  • Based in Mexico City with availability for hybrid work.
