Overview

IDC is seeking a Market Research Analyst to join the Imaging Solutions team.

 

This role will be based out of our Mexico City office in a Hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain forecasting and segmentation models to analyze imaging solutions industry trends across markets in Latin America and other regions.
  • Track vendor market revenues and shares, and develop vendor/industry relationships.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of all program deliverables.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in delivering compelling presentations and written communications.
  • Assist with the presentation of insights to clients.
  • Assist in the development of survey questions for consumers and businesses in Canada.
  • Assist with other ongoing research projects/programs as needed.

Qualifications

  • Professional fluency in written and oral English (MUST).
  • 2+ years of experience in Market Research (MUST).
  • Strong presentation skills and experience speaking in front of an audience (MUST).
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivated, able to work in a team, and capable of working independently.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with project management and process improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment and re-prioritize effectively when necessary.
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships with colleagues and clients at all levels.
  • Ability to balance the needs of multiple stakeholders with often conflicting requirements.

Salary ranges and additional compensation, including discretionary bonuses and incentive pay, are determined through a rigorous review process. This process considers the experience, education, certifications, and skills required for the specific role, equity with similarly situated employees, and employer-verified Latam region-specific market data provided by an independent third-party partner. The expected total annual compensation, depending on location and experience, is between MX$25,000 and MX$28,000/month gross, inclusive of base salary and variable compensation (if applicable).
